Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our Seattle and Kirkland Health Centers. The role blends administrative duties with direct patient care across up to four sites, with hours 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, and a focus on clinical judgment and triage.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required by contract scope.
• At least three years of RN experience in emergency/occupational health or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care needs and conducts nursing evaluations.
• Collaborates with physicians for further medical evaluation and care.
• Performs and documents tests and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administers medications and provides emergency care within scope.
• Maintains equipment, infection control, and patient records.
• Educates patients on health promotion and follow-up care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
