Zusammenfassung

Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to care for employees and dependents at our Health Center in Spring, TX. Work hours are 7:45am–4:15pm, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for work-life balance.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, treatments, and medications within scope, collaborating with physicians, and maintaining records and equipment. A BSN is preferred, and COHN/ACLS may be required depending on the site contract.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing certificate or AS required; BSN preferred.
• Currently licensed RN in state of practice required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope.
• COHN/COHN-S, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred.
• At least three years of RN experience in ER, occupational health, or ambulatory care.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient care needs and perform nursing evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians for further medical evaluation and care.
• Perform and document tests and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and provide emergency care as allowed.
• Maintain equipment, infection control, and patient records.
