Job summary

Medcor is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our onsite Clinton, IA clinic on a PRN/as-needed basis. You’ll provide hands-on patient care for workplace injuries and illnesses, support workers’ comp and Return-to-Work programs, and collaborate with leaders and outside providers in a clinic that operates Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

This role offers flexibility with occasional weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessment, treatment, and follow-up for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Provide basic primary and urgent care within the onsite clinic.
• Evaluate employees and guide care using evidence-based protocols.
• Coordinate with outside providers and support RTW programs.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings and clinic daily operations.
