Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Occupational Health Registered Nurse (Per Diem) to promote a safe work environment. You will perform health exams, vaccinations, case management for workers’ compensation, and ensure OSHA compliance.

This PRN position requires an active RN license, BLS/CPR/AED/First Aid, and 2+ years in occupational health. You will maintain confidential medical records and coordinate health programs onsite.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• RN license in state of practice.
• 2+ years occupational health experience preferred.
• ABOHN certification preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess health needs of new employees through history, exam, screening.
• Administer vaccinations to employees as required.
• Manage workers’ compensation cases with providers.
• Evaluate and treat occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct employee health training and wellness programs.
• Maintain medical records including OSHA records.
• Coordinate health programs including first aid, CPR, wellness training.
• Support Return to Work program with HR and management.
• Assist onsite EAP program when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
