Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking an Occupational Health RN to perform nursing duties aimed at maintaining employee health across client sites. The role includes assisting physicians during pre-employment exams and conducting health screenings, with care tailored to adults and diverse populations.

Onsite work at employers and schools is required, and some requests may occur after clinic hours. A current Illinois RN license and a minimum of 6 months RN experience are required; BLS is preferred for MSS.

Qualifications

• Current license in the State of Illinois as a Registered Nurse.
• 6 months clinical RN experience to independently assist employees with minor injuries and illnesses, respond to health questions, and learn policies.
• BLS certification preferred (for MSS).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for occupational health clients onsite at employers and schools.
• Assist physicians during pre-employment physical examinations and health screenings.
• Maintain records and reports on employee health matters; may include after-hours requests.
