The role combines hands-on clinical care with day-to-day operations and staff leadership to deliver medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care at client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 4 years of occupational health RN experience, or 6 years as a clinician.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses, applying clinical judgment.
• Accurately document evaluations across diagnoses and health scenarios.
• Assess acute injuries or illnesses and refer employees to physicians when needed.
• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of occupational health services.
• Lead and support staff with ongoing development, regulatory compliance, and productivity.
• Manage and safeguard all occupational health records, equipment, and materials.
