Job summary
MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Occupational Health in Biddeford/Sanford, Maine is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Physician to join our team as Occupational Health Physician and Associate Medical Director. This role combines clinical care (0.875 FTE) with administrative leadership (0.125 FTE) focused on quality and program development.
The position offers a competitive base salary with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certification in Occupational Health or Fellowship training preferred but not required.
- MRO/DOT Certification required; willing to obtain within timeframe after hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care and occupational health services to patients in York County.
- Support operational, quality, and strategic initiatives with Occupational Health leadership.
- Lead clinical quality, provider engagement, regulatory compliance, and program development initiatives.
- Serve as Associate Medical Director (0.125 FTE).
