Job summary

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Occupational Medicine (preferred) or Internal/Family/Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum three years of occupational medicine experience; urgent care or primary care backgrounds acceptable.
• Evidence-based occupational medicine in compliance with laws and regulations.
• FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners certification desired.
• Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification desired.
• Strong knowledge of workplace regulatory frameworks including workers' compensation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated leadership to guide clinical and administrative staff.
• Balance two days of direct patient care with three days of administrative duties.
• Lead staff development, consultations, and oversight of state and federal contracts.
• Deliver clear presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Foster collaboration and open communication within the team.
