Job Title: Occupational Health Physician
Location : Minneapolis, MN (Blaine Area) Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm), no nights/weekends Salary: $100-$135/ hr. (Flexible compensation packages available)

QualificationsRequired:

• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) license in the state of Minnesota (MN).
• Family Medicine experience of at least 2 years.

Preferred:

• Occupational Medicine experience of at least 1 year.
• Valid Department of Transportation Medical Examiner (DOT Medical Examiner) certification/license.
