Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Physician Assistant for a fully on-site occupational health clinic near Newark, DE, supporting an established manufacturing client. The role is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

Open to 3-5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with a duration through 3/1 and a strong conversion probability. Pay ranges from $65 to $87 per hour, DOE, with on-site responsibilities and OSHA-related medical surveillance.

Qualifications

• PA-C (NCCPA) certification required.
• Active, unrestricted PA license in Delaware.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility.
• BLS certification required.
• DOT Medical Examiner certification or willingness to obtain.
• CHOAC certification or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Occupational health assessments: pre-placement/annual, return-to-work, fitness-for-duty, respirator evaluations.
• Interpret EKGs and other health measurements.
• Conduct OSHA/site-specific medical surveillance.
• Perform DOT/FMCSA examinations; certification preferred.
• DOT/non-DOT urine drug screening and breath alcohol testing.
• On-site specimen collection and point-of-care diagnostics.
• Support workers' compensation case management.
• Assist with FMLA documentation and certification.
