Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related health field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program of an accredited university.
• Board Certification.
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but training available for qualified candidates.
• DEA required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Examines patient and compiles medical data.
• Orders or administers diagnostic tests.
• Interprets test results and develops patient management plans.
• Provides patient education and counseling on treatment regimens.
• Documents results and maintains continuity of care.
• Ensures compliance with policies and quality standards.
