Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health field from an accredited college.
• State licensure requirements in jurisdiction.
• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Board Certification.
• FMCSA NRCME certification or willingness to obtain.
• DEA license before start date.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and collect medical data.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-ray, ECG, labs).
• Develop patient management plans and document progress.
• Provide patient education and ensure quality care.
• Support occupational health program policies and continuity of care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
