AnovaWorks in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Employee Health team. This role supports independent practice with longer appointment times and a manageable workload, focusing on quality patient care in occupational health.

Responsibilities include treating acute illnesses, performing exams, prescribing medications, coordinating referrals, and collaborating with physicians. New grads are welcome to apply, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care or ER (preferred).
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team oriented.
• WA Nurse Pracitioner License (Required).
• BLS/ ACLS Certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Occupational health treatment.
• Diagnoses and treats acute and episodic illnesses.
• Prescribes all necessary medications and treatments.
• Performs comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
• Develops and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Facilitates referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
• Communicates with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care.
