Job summary

The Program Coordinator (Clinical Exempt RN) at MUSC Health supports the Santee Cooper Onsite Health & Wellness Center by delivering direct patient care and nursing support across primary care, preventive health, occupational medicine, and population health initiatives.

You will ensure efficient clinic flow, coordinate care, and help regulatory compliance while collaborating with the APP and care teams to provide high-quality services for Santee Cooper employees.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current unrestricted South Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• Three (3) years of nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support daily clinic operations and patient flow management.
• Room patients and obtain histories, VSS and meds.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as ordered.
• Perform EKGs, and point-of-care testing and specimen collection.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and care transitions.
• Support occupational health surveillance and compliance activities.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
