Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is recruiting a Registered Nurse to support the Federal Occupational Health Clinic at the FBI in Washington, DC. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.

The RN will provide occupational health nursing, administer injections and blood draws, and participate in wellness programs for federal employees. A TS clearance, BLS, and NLN-accredited nursing education are required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance is required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Ability to perform blood draws and IM/SC injections.
• RN license and BLS certification.
• Graduate from NLN-accredited nursing program (Diploma/AD/BSN).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an occupational health setting including first aid, emergency response, and treatments prescribed by a personal physician.
• Assess and monitor environmental hazards for special classes of employees and promote wellness.
• Deliver educational programs for federal employees using FOH materials.
• Coordinate, plan, and implement all administrative activities for the clinic.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a full-time Registered Nurse to support the Federal Occupational Health Clinic at the Federal Bureauof Investigation (FBI) in Washington, D.C.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in an occupational health setting including: first aid, emergency response, provision of treatments prescribed by a personal physician, assessing and monitoring environmental hazards for special classes of employees, promoting optimal employee wellness, & risk-based prevention programs
• Educational programs for federal employees using FOH (Federal Occupational Health) training materials
• Coordinates, plans, and implements all administrative activities for clinic

Position Requirements:

• Active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance
• 2 years of experience providing direct patient
• Must be able to perform a blood draw and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
• Graduate from a National League of Nursing accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN)
• Active BLS Certification
• Active RN license
