SHR (Spectrum Healthcare Resources) seeks a full‑time Nurse Coordinator-Registered Nurse to support the Federal Occupational Health Clinic at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC.

This role offers excellent work/life balance with Monday to Friday hours and no weekend or holiday responsibilities. Candidates should have at least 2 years of RN experience, be able to perform blood draws, and have active RN licensure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an occupational health setting including first aid and emergency response.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a full‑time Nurse Coordinator-Registered Nurse to support the Federal Occupational Health Clinic at the Federal Trade Commission (Z3K) in Washington, DC.

Position Highlights

Position Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an occupational health setting including first aid, emergency response, provision of treatments prescribed by a personal physician, assessing and monitoring environmental hazards for special classes of employees, promoting optimal employee wellness, and risk‑based prevention programs
• Provide education to clients (BP monitoring, flu immunizations, etc.)
• Coordinate, plan, and implement all administrative activities (order medical supplies, etc.)

Position Requirements

• 2 years of RN experience providing direct patient care
• Must be able to perform a blood draw and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
• Graduate from a National League of Nursing accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN)
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Active RN licensure in any of the 50 states, active and unrestricted
• Minimum 1 year supervisor/management experience preferred
