Job summary

Concentra in Springfield, MA seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical care within our occupational health program under medical direction.

You will examine patients, order tests, develop care plans, administer therapies, counsel on health maintenance and ensure a compassionate patient experience.

FMCSA NRCME and DEA certifications are required before start; state licensure and board certification are expected; we offer a competitive reward package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health field required.
• State licensure as PA or NP.
• Graduate of accredited PA/NP program with board certification.
• FMCSA NRCME certification required before start date.
• DEA license required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Examine patient and compile medical data and exam results.
• Order or perform diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs).
• Develop and monitor patient management plans and care continuity.
• Provide patient education on treatment and health maintenance.
• Support clinical policies and participate in education programs.
• Deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
