Job summary

Tri-State Occupational Health in Dubuque, IA seeks a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse to join a compassionate, fast-paced team. On-site care coordination, nursing assessments, and patient testing are core duties with comprehensive training provided.

You will collaborate with physicians and mid-level providers to ensure patient needs are met. Position offers a standard 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, no nights or weekends, full-time benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Experience coordinating patient care and performing on-site testing is a plus.
• BLS certification required biannually.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with health care team to direct/perform nursing assessment and interventions per plan of care.
• Integrate nursing process in patient contact, testing, and treatments; review records with providers.
• Document care, patient education, and maintain medical records integrity.
• Maintain a safe, organized office and ensure equipment is functioning.
