Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) to deliver comprehensive OHS at the Bothell, WA site, with up to 50% travel to Seattle. You will provide clinical care, case management, and administrative support while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

You will work with the OH team, EHSS, and external providers, perform phlebotomy and surveillance testing, track metrics, support health surveillance, and promote wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license required.
• Associate degree required.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including phlebotomy, surveillance testing, and injury/illness care.
• Coordinate with Sr Manager to order supplies and equipment for OHS.
• Submit data tracking and performance metrics.
• Attend GEMBA walks and support emergency response.
• Maintain compliance with local, state and federal OH&S policies.
