Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in North Carolina or Compact State; BLS (CPR) is required.

Responsibilities

• Helps assess employee health needs and designs prevention strategies to promote wellness.
• Documents assessments, treatments, outcomes, and health data with accuracy and privacy.
• Assists with health screenings and post-offer exams; conducts audiometric and vision tests as needed.
• Promotes health programs and educational materials to improve employee well-being.
• Communicates health information promptly and professionally; handles return-to-work information.
• Maintains accurate and confidential employee health records in compliance with laws.
