Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triages calls and answers medical-related questions.
• Organizes a vaccine clinic and administers vaccines.
• Performs case management for duty and non-duty related cases.
• Maintains case management records and prepares related reports.
• Schedules referrals to treating physicians or therapists as directed.
