• Triages calls and answers medical questions from staff.
• organizes a vaccine clinic and administers vaccines.
• Performs case management for duty and non-duty related cases.
• Maintains case management records and prepares related reports.
• Schedules referrals to treating physicians or therapists as directed by staff physician.
• Provides limited nursing care such as point-of-care testing and taking blood pressure readings.
