Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Part-time Occupational Health Registered Nurse to support a federal agency clinic in Roanoke, VA.

This role offers a low-stress, mission‑driven environment focused on the health and well-being of federal employees—not the general public. Shifts are 16 hours weekly with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or BSN).
• Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health nursing services including employee assessments, health screenings, and immunizations.
• Support case management and return-to-work evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with federal health and safety standards.

This role offers a low-stress, mission-driven environment focused on the health and well-being of federal employees—not the general public.

Position Highlights

• 16 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties
• Enjoy a collaborative setting with minimal administrative burden
• Deliver high-quality care to those serving our nation
• Hourly rate $39-43
