Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is hiring a civilian PRN Occupational Health Nurse Coordinator for the Federal Building Occupational Health Clinic in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on employee health with an emphasis on work-life balance and a low-stress environment.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:30, with freedom from evenings, holidays, and on-call duties. The position serves federal employees and requires NLN-accredited nursing education and active RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a NLN-accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN).
• RN license active and unrestricted in any U.S. state.
• 2+ years of recent RN clinical experience.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• AHA certification; CPR/AED required.
