Beacon Health System seeks an Occupational Health NP/PA to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care at designated work sites and clinics. The role supports employee health, workplace safety, injury prevention, regulatory compliance, and return-to-work outcomes.

The APC collaborates with physicians, educates learners, and contributes to mission-driven, high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with employer needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited NP or PA program.
• Current Indiana licensure required.
• National board certification required; prescriptive authority or eligibility within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred in occupational health, urgent care, or primary care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care in primary and occupational health.
• Perform comprehensive history and physical exams including work-related injury/illness evaluation.
• Diagnose and manage acute injuries, occupational illnesses, and chronic conditions impacting work.
• Coordinate care with the Practice Site Physician and maintain medical records.
• Support DOT physicals, respirator clearance, and regulatory exams; return-to-work evaluations.
