Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to support occupational health services in Bowling Green, KY. This long-term opportunity involves on-site care for employee health, ergonomic assessments, and fitness-for-duty evaluations with a plant medical director's supervision.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced PA degree, an unrestricted PA license, and active CPR/DEA certifications, with at least two years of occupational health experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active and unrestricted PA license in the appropriate state.
• Current CPR certification and valid DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs emergency care for occupational injuries and illnesses.
• On-site medical care for non-emergency occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Performs physical assessments and dispositions for surveillance physicals.
• Recommends medications and treatments for administration by nurses.
• Documents patient assessments and treatments in EMR.
• Maintains OSHA 300/301 logs and records.
• Performs Fitness for Duty evaluations and ergonomic site assessments.
