Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a MA/PSA for Occupational Health at our Addison location. The role includes phlebotomy, specimen collection, routine tests, and preparatory procedures under supervision. Some travel to other sites and flexible hours are required.

Applicant must have a high school diploma, current CMA/related certification, CPR, and at least six months of clinical experience. This is a full-time, 36-hour per week position in a patient-centered healthcare system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (within 1 year for certifications)
• Current CPR certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience required
• Certification with AAMA/ARMA/AMT/NCMA/AMCA/NCCT/NHA or equivalent preferred within 1 year

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical examination and obtain specimens
• Perform phlebotomy and routine diagnostic tests under supervision
• Carry out delegated clinical and administrative tasks as assigned
