Job summary

PRIME Occupational Medicine seeks a Medical Assistant to support on-site and PRIME clinic operations, performing phlebotomy, injections, and basic procedures while maintaining patient records and confidentiality.

The role requires 21+ years, HIPAA compliance, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to various locations, including out-of-state assignments. On-call rotation and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• HIPAA requirements must be understood and followed.
• Pass a DISA Drug Screen and Background Check.
• Must have a valid driver's license as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, services, and assistance to clients in on-site settings and PRIME clinics.
• Maintain medical supplies inventory and notify when supplies need ordering.
• Verify patient information and medical histories by interview and documentation.
• Prepare clients for examination with preliminary tests and reporting.
• Assist in injury care and perform phlebotomy and injections under supervision.
