Job summary

IHA is seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN for Occupational Health in Cedar Falls, IA. This full-time role (32 hours/week, day shift, Monday–Friday) supports clinical operations by preparing patients, collecting vital signs, and documenting care under physician supervision.

The position requires completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or an accredited LPN program with Iowa licensure. Certification/registration for MA is preferred before hire and required within one year.

Qualifications

• Must have completed accredited Medical Assistant program.
• MA Certification/Registration required within one year.
• Must have completed accredited LPN program and hold LPN license in Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
• Prepare patients, collect vital signs, and document appropriately.
