Our Kansas City, MO, location has an opportunity for an Occupational Health Coordinator II. Occupational Health Coordinators are responsible for coordinating and completing appointment requests and managing related communication with clients and clinics. Their role includes following up on events based on reports or email inquiries, working closely with clinics to schedule and complete services, and addressing client inquiries or escalations as needed. Client interaction occurs through inbound and outbound phone calls and email.
Shift Monday- Friday 7:00 am 4:00 PM
