Job summary

RieLes Group is developing a candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health East Area Clinic Manager (RN Manager) role in Houston, Texas. This full-time position will oversee clinical and administrative functions at the Houston duty location.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a Master’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of supervisory healthcare leadership, and strong skills in staffing, credential monitoring, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience.
• Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care.
• Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials.
• Ability to work at the Houston, TX duty location.
• Experience with scheduling, clinical quality, credential monitoring, performance management, and regulated healthcare operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership.
• Manage daily clinic operations, supervise personnel.
• Coordinate staffing and coverage.
• Monitor credentials and readiness, support onboarding.
• Track staffing and quality issues; coordinate with FOH and RieLes personnel.
