Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.
• National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) needed.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Perform pre-employment, DOT, and fit-for-duty physical examinations.
• Manage workers' compensation cases and maintain medical documentation.

Skills

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred

DOT certification preferred

Tools

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
