A rapidly growing therapy company in Silverdale, WA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its team. This role includes creating treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress. A competitive salary of $85,000 - $120,000/year is offered along with health insurance and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. Ideal candidates will be licensed OT in Washington with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with patients to identify needs and set goals
• Devise and implement detailed treatment plans
• Educate, motivate, and encourage patients through the treatment process
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the patient's medical team
• Communicate changes in patient function and modify treatment goals as needed
• Oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and adjust plans of care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with federal and state regulations
• Provide ongoing education to physicians, patients, family/caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient appointments and progress according to departmental and regulatory standards
• Evaluate shoulder, elbow, and hand injuries
• Exposure to Work Rehabilitation programs

Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Washington Strong Clinical Skills with Proficiency in Computer Skills ️ Compassionate and Patient-Centered Approach Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal

• Experience in hand therapy (preferred but not required; we will train)
• Familiarity with worker’s compensation claims

Work Schedule: Clinic hours are 8 am—6 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer various scheduling options, including 4 x 10s or 4 x 8s. No weekends or holidays are required.
