AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is offering a Nurse Residency Cohort starting in 2026. The program supports new graduates through clinical ladder opportunities and structured mentorship as they begin a nursing career in a faith-based healthcare system.

Position is full-time, with 7:00am–7:00pm or 7:00pm–7:00am shifts and unit-based scheduling. Licensure in Florida and BLS certification are required for eligibility; BSN preferred for progression within the Clinical Ladder.

Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing from an accredited school is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Current Florida RN license or eligibility to licensure is required.
• Current-BLS (American Heart Association) certification is required.
• Professional resume is required.

Eligibility and Requirements

Associates of Nursing from accredited school required (CCNE or ACEN preferred); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Must have less than one (1) year of experience Must be graduating in the next year or have graduated within the past three years Current Florida RN license (may apply without license, but must have license prior to licensure deadline) Current BLS from the American Heart Association. Pay Range

• $31.53 – $52.24
• $31.85 - $52.76
