Qualifications

• Knowledge of AIDET communication framework.

Responsibilities

• Participates in hourly rounding using the AIDET technique to improve patient outcomes.
• Incorporates Caring Model behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice.
• Adheres to organizational standards for dress and professional appearance.
• Collaborates and demonstrates teamwork in managing patient flow, admission, discharge and transfer.
• Participates in peer interviewing and peer review processes.

Job Summary
