Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, DE seeks an Obstetrics Technologist (OB Tech) to support the operative team by preparing sterile instruments and maintaining the sterile field on a rotating, 24 hrs/wk schedule.
This role partners with the Registered Nurse to assist patient care in Labor and Delivery, with day, night, or rotating shifts possible; HS diploma required and CST or Tech in Surgery certification.
The Obstetrics Technologist (OB Tech) facilitates the operative procedure by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment. Maintains the sterile field and anticipates and responds to the needs of the surgical team. This is a rotating shift, 24 hrs/wk position.
