Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Obstetrics Float Pool. You will provide hands-on nursing care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU settings, spanning multiple hospitals in Idaho and Oregon.

Qualifications

Idaho or multistate RN license required; Idaho license within 60 days for multistate license.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery preferred.
Willing to obtain an RN license in Oregon within 90 days of start date.
BLS certification required.
ACLS, NRP certifications to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
PALS, STABLE and NCC-EFM certifications within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU settings.
Expand clinical expertise across diverse patient populations and units.
Perform comprehensive assessments to guide individualized patient care.
Develop and evaluate care plans to promote optimal outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments with careful monitoring.
