Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System seeks a Full-time Registered Nurse for the Clinical Support Team (OB Float Pool) in Boise, Nampa and Ontario OR. The role supports mother/baby care across labor, delivery, postpartum and NICU with 12-hour night shifts and self-scheduling.

The ideal candidate has inpatient RN experience, with LD/OB/NICU exposure preferred; Idaho RN license required, Oregon license within 90 days, and BLS/ACLS/NRP, PALS/STABLE/NCC-EFM certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year inpatient RN experience; LD/OB/NICU preferred.
• RN license in Idaho required before start; Oregon license within 90 days.
• BLS/HCP required; ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months.
• PALS, STABLE, NCC-EFM required or obtained within one year.

Responsibilities

• Care for mother/baby in labor delivery, postpartum and NICU as part of OB Float Pool.
• Support Saint Alphonsus Health System hospitals in Boise, Nampa and Ontario OR.
• Self-schedule 12-hour night shifts and adapt to daily changes.
