Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support at a Columbus, OH facility. Schedule is 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am; inpatient obstetric hospitalist practice with low and high-risk pregnancies, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, labor and delivery, and gynecology.

Credentialing takes about three months; EMR is Epic; required certifications include BLS and Electronic Fetal Monitoring from NCC; Ohio medical license is required.

Qualifications

• Ohio medical license is required.
• Basic Life Support and Electronic Fetal Monitoring certifications are required.
• Inpatient obstetric hospitalist experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics hospitalist coverage in inpatient setting.
• Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies, vaginal deliveries, cesarean deliveries, labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
