COVERAGE DATES:

• Ongoing need beginning 06/09/2025.
• Several weekends and select weekdays throughout the year.
• Specific dates TBD based on provider availability.
• Preference for weekend availability.
• Weekday shifts also considered.

• Patient Demographics: Neonates, Adults
• Patient Volume/Census: 15–20 patients daily in clinic; 6–8 deliveries/month

• Credentialing Requirements: 50 deliveries / 25 surgical GYN cases in last 24 months.
