Urgent need for OB/GYN Provider in South Wisconsin area

Location: Southern Wisconsin, less than one hour from Madison and Milwaukee

Setting: Hospital/Inpatient

Coverage: Scheduled Hours + Call

Requirements:

1. BE/BC in OB/GYN
2. Active, clear license (must be able to attain a WI license)

Certifications: ABLS, IMLC

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

Temporary Privileges: Available

EMR: MediTech

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing (possibility for permanent placement)
