3. Team of six physicians and three advanced practice clinicians
4. 24/7 Laborist program embedded in the Labor and Delivery unit
5. 1:6 call rotation
6. Level III NICU on site
7. Supportive MFM and Pediatric practices in the same clinic
8. Da Vinci robot and OR time available
