Locums OB/GYN Hospitalist - Washington, MOShort-Term Coverage Opportunity with Competitive Pay and Referral BonusPosition Overview:RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN for locum tenens call coverage in Washington, Missouri. This is a great opportunity to support a dedicated team during a temporary staffing transition.High-Priority Coverage Dates:

• May 16-26
• August 4-10Additional availability during this period is highly valued.

Coverage Details:

• Call-only coverage - weekday needs are for night shifts only; daytime is covered by existing providers
• One provider has stepped away from OB call, and coverage is needed until a new partner starts in November
• Call type: Beeper
• Call response time: 30 minutes
• Call ratio: 1:4

Facility Information:

• 16-bed department (8 LDRP, 8 Couplet/GYN)
• Average of 5 patients per shift
• Nursing ratios: 1:1 during labor, 2:1 postpartum, 4:1 women's health
• 1 Nurse Practitioner in the office
• Office staff includes 16 employees (RNs, MAs, PSRs)
• EMR: Epic
• Trauma Levels III and II

Requirements:

• Active Missouri medical license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
