Locum to Permanent Opportunity

Shift:

Monday-Friday 8a - 5p, and 1:3 call (nights and weekends). Must be available to offer 1 week per month.

Compensation:

Locum Pay and Salary will be the highest as per the market standards and will be discussed before submission.

Job Description:

• If an offer is accepted, the facility will only confirm dates once the Physician is 90% completed with credentialing to avoid push-starts or cancellations.
• MUST have strong OB and GYN experience.
• Setting: Clinic, hospital, and call
• Total number of beds: 15
• No APPs at this time
• Support staff: medical assistant, RN, sonographer
• 2-3 exam rooms
• Onsite lab and ultrasound
• Basic OB/GYN services including colpo
• About 50/50 low risk vs. high risk pregnancies
• 60% of practice is GYN
• EMR: Cerner
• Additional information and required procedures listed in attached practice description
• Cred timeframe: 30-90 days

Required Obstetrics Procedures:

1. Low Risk Pregnancy
2. High Risk Pregnancy
3. FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
4. OB ultrasounds - Performance of Interpretation
5. Amniocentesis

Required L&D Procedures:

1. Routine Delivery
2. Complicated Delivery
3. VBACs
4. Repair of 3rd and 4th degree Lacerations

Required Gyno Procedures:

1. Office/Minor Gynecology
2. Surgical Gynecology - Open
3. Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only - Tubal Ligation, LOA's, Chromal Tuition
4. Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic)
