Job description

Join practice with 4.5 FTE.

1. Shared call schedule: 1:6, Monday through Friday, plus every 6th weekend.
2. 24-hour shifts during the week with a light administrative day post-call.
3. Potential to split time between two clinics.
4. Provide laparoscopic procedures, D&C, and evacuations for missed abortions.
5. Surgical robot available on site.
6. Note: Not accepting new graduates; at least 1 year of work experience as OB/GYN (excluding residency) required.

Facility Description:

• Level 2 nursery.
• Approximately 80% low-risk pregnancies.
• 25-30% C-Section rate.
• Meditech EMR system.
• All new office equipment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $320,000 - $350,000, based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
