OB/GYN Needed for a Private Practice in Miami

The practice is growing and currently has 6 OB/GYNs plus APPs. It features a medical spa alongside OB/GYN services and is in the process of building a third office with an REI lab and a procedure room.

Compensation:

Based on MGMA standards. 1099 preferred. The practice serves both local and a significant number of international patients.

About the Role:

• 100% outpatient with call responsibilities for deliveries and other emergencies.
• Group hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday, with 8 hours on Saturday.
• Compensation depends on skills, experience, and hours worked.
• Access to MFM, REI (soon with a lab), and robotic surgeries.
• Most doctors operate as 1099 contractors with malpractice coverage; the employer is willing to cover malpractice costs if preferred.
• Many Spanish-speaking patients.
