Join Our Team as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist!

We are seeking a dedicated Physician specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology to join an outpatient practice located at a well-established facility in Carmel, Indiana. The facility provides a supportive environment with a tenured practice manager and clinical manager, ensuring a seamless transition into this role. Our office operates Monday to Friday, with clinic shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM. If on call, the schedule generally includes rounding at 7-8 AM. Enjoy the perks of an APP support system and regular coverage for night and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive outpatient care for women's health patients.
2. Conduct office clinic shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
3. Respond to beeper calls, providing immediate care as needed.
4. Participate in rounding for assigned patients during call shifts.
5. Manage a patient volume of approximately 16-18 encounters per shift.
6. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to improve patient care.

Qualifications:

1. Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (required).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience in outpatient settings preferred.

License and Certification Requirements:

1. Valid Physician License (temporary privileges may be available).
2. Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
3. Hospital privileges required.
