Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN)

An Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN) is needed in Lake Station, IN.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $300,000 to $330,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
• Vacation: 160 hours
• Personal Time: 40 hours
• Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours, allowance of $2,500

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
• Work schedule options such as 5-8s or 4-10s to ensure work/life balance.
• Perform in-clinic and hospital-based care, including deliveries.
• Full support staff available to aid in patient care and clinic operations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Call Rotation: 1:4, aiming for 1:6, involving 3 days in the office, 1 surgery day, and 1 on-call day (note: no additional call pay).

Requirements:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible OB/GYN Physician.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to women's health care.
• Active Medical License in Indiana.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days at the clinic and 2 days at the hospital.
• Procedural skills are required.
