Job description

Montana Health System is seeking an OB/GYN partner to join their team practicing at their large regional health system.

Clinic Details

• Clinic is located in a new standalone Women’s and Children’s Center dedicated to comprehensive women’s and children’s care, including obstetrics, gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, fertility testing and services, an office midwife program, and mammography.
• Patient care spaces feature private waiting rooms, welcoming exam rooms, large procedure rooms, and dedicated ultrasound facilities, along with mammogram and DEXA scan services within the building.
• Current Women’s Health team includes 4 OB/GYNs (3 full-time, 1 per diem), 1 MFM specialist, 2 office-based midwives, and 2 nurse practitioners.
• Support staff and clinical team are committed to providing consistent patient care and follow-up.
• The facility has 10 main ORs, including 2 DaVinci XI robotic systems within a 5-minute walk from the clinic.
• Classes and programs offered include breast milk donation, childbirth education, Meadowlark Initiative perinatal services, safe sleep for infants, and more.

Labor and Delivery/NICU

• Labor and Delivery services are located just across the street at the main hospital, featuring 19 LDRP rooms, 5 high-risk antepartum rooms, and 2 operating rooms, with 24/7 in-house CRNAs, a 3-bed triage area, and a dedicated call room.
• The medical group averages approximately 400 deliveries annually, with a 35% C-section rate.
• The Level III NICU is staffed with neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
• Pediatric hospitalists are available around the clock for newborn care and rounds.
• Dedicated OB and NICU transfer teams facilitate regional transfers via Mercy Flight.
