OBGYN

Our client, founded in 1998, is a leading women's healthcare group with 110 locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists nationwide. The OB/GYN role is full scope practice located in Jacksonville, FL.

Salary and Benefits:

• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 (paid as a lump sum or spread out over 5 years as a retention bonus)
• Base Salary: Competitive, based on MGMA guidelines and experience
• Relocation Assistance: Yes, amount determined case by case
• Additional Compensation: Productivity model with a 3x annual salary threshold
• PTO: 25 days
• CME: 5 days with a $2,500 allowance

Responsibilities:

• Work schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday 8 AM to 12 PM
• Manage approximately 20 outpatient patients daily
• Hospital call frequency: 1:6 (about one day per week and every 6th weekend)
• Weekend call: Friday to Sunday, with triage covered by nurses
• Admitting hospital: Baptist Medical Center South
• Surgical scheduling: GYN surgeries scheduled early mornings or lunch hours to optimize patient access; volume may influence scheduling
• Deliveries: approximately 700 annually

Requirements:

• MD/DO degree
• Valid medical license in Florida or ability to obtain one
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG); board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
• Current BLS certification
